Prayer for Forgiveness and Healing
Forgiveness brings freedom, but it’s not always easy to let go of hurt. This prayer for forgiveness asks God to heal wounds, soften hearts, and restore peace through His grace.
Heavenly Father,
I come before you with a heavy heart. I have made mistakes and fallen short of your glory. I ask for your forgiveness, Lord. Wash away my guilt and shame, and heal the wounds I’ve caused. Help me to forgive others as you have forgiven me. Teach me to release anger and bitterness, and replace them with love and peace. Restore what is broken, Lord, and let your grace bring healing to my heart and relationships. Amen.

Forgiveness is a gift from God. When we confess our mistakes, God’s grace washes over us and restores our hearts. Letting go of hurt and anger opens the door to peace and healing. Ask God for strength to forgive, and trust in His power to restore what is broken.
