🕊️ A Prayer for Soul-Deep Rest
A Saturday prayer for deep rest, spiritual renewal, and stillness.
🙏 Prayer
God,
Slow me down today. Help me rest not just my body, but my thoughts and my spirit. Restore what the week has worn thin and remind me that I am safe with You. Amen.
📖 Daily Bible Quote:
“He makes me lie down in green pastures… he restores my soul.”
— Psalm 23:2–3
💭 Reflection:
Rest heals what effort can’t. This Saturday prayer for renewal reminds us that stillness is not wasted time—it’s sacred restoration. God rebuilds us gently, not forcefully.
