Heavenly Father,
I’m feeling overwhelmed. The to-do list is long, and my energy is low. But I know You are my refuge. Strengthen me from the inside out. Help me take things one step at a time. When I feel like giving up, lift my spirit. When I’m weak, be my strength. Remind me that You are greater than any challenge I face. I don’t have to carry everything—You are with me. Amen.

Life doesn’t slow down for us to catch our breath. Some days, the pressure mounts before our feet hit the floor. But 2 Corinthians 12:9 reminds us that we were never meant to rely on our own strength. In fact, God’s power is most visible when we admit we’re not enough on our own. Prayer is how we reset our minds and recharge our hearts. It’s okay to not have it all together. God does.
