Some mornings we wake up already feeling tired. This prayer for strength asks God to carry you through the day with endurance and courage.
Heavenly Father,
As the sun rises, so do my worries. But I choose to hand them to You. I need Your strength to face what’s ahead. Fill me with boldness where I feel afraid. Refresh my spirit where I feel weak. Help me trust that Your power is made perfect in my weakness. Walk before me, stay beside me, and lead me through every moment. Amen.

We don’t have to muster strength on our own. Psalm 28:7 reminds us that God helps us when we lean into Him. His strength isn’t a reward for being “good enough”—it’s a gift He wants to give. When you start the day asking for His help, you open the door for Him to work in ways you may not even see. Trust that today, He’s shielding you even when you feel vulnerable.
