🌻 A Prayer for Rest and Renewal
This Saturday prayer asks God to restore your soul and refresh your spirit before the week ahead.
🙏 Prayer
Lord,
Thank You for the gift of rest. Quiet my heart, refresh my mind, and renew my spirit. Prepare me for the week ahead by filling me with Your peace today.
Amen.
📖 Daily Bible Quote:
“He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.” — Psalm 23:3
💭 Reflection:
We can’t pour out what we haven’t received. This prayer for rest and renewal invites God to restore us fully before the next week begins.
Psalm 23 reminds us that true refreshment comes from His presence, not from more activity.
